If today was my last day on earth, I would wake up early in the morning, with a smile on my face, thanking God for giving me such a good life, for even giving me the chance to experience living. I will spend the rest of my day doing things that I like with the people I love.

I'm not sure of what I would say. I'm not sure if everything can be said on my last day. But I would make sure I don't say anything that would hurt anyone.

Can I start over, please?

Sometimes, I wish life was like The Sims. If life gets too hard you can start over. Fresh. No one will ask you about the past. No one will question what you did and why you did it. You can delete things you don't like and keep the ones you do like. But life's not like that. No matter what, I have to live with my past, even if it is not a very nice one. I have to go on with life and try my best not to repeat the things that I did which I'm not proud of. And even if I become someone better, someone from the past will always be there to remind me every now and then of who I was then. And that makes it harder to move on and forget. Besides, I don't think a person can really change. I don't think I can change, even if I try. I can pretend to become someone I'm not, yes, that I can do. But really change? I've tried, trust me, I've tried. But somehow I seem to always go back to who I was then, even if I hate the person I was then.

I got this at the back of a handout from my English class a while ago. I'm not sure where the lecturers got it from but I would like to share this with you guys :-)

Here are just some of my favorites:
